Our favourite, small hotel in London with great staff. Warm breakfast at 7:15am. Brilliant location in Covent Garden district right by the Covent Garden train station and Oxford Street. Also, in beddi g area. The property of choice in London...
Slightly shabby room.

The hotel's location was absolutely fantastic! It was just a stone's throw away from all the popular theaters and there were plenty of shops and eateries nearby. Plus, it was a quiet room and the staff was always available at the reception, even at odd hours. The fact that they had a lift was definitely a plus point, making it easy to access all floors. The room itself had all the basic amenities like tea/coffee facilities and a small fridge, with fresh towels and tea/coffee replenished daily.
On the downside, the room could use a little more attention. There were not enough plug sockets and the ones that were there were a bit loose.

The location of this hotel was great, with easy access to popular areas and attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. Additionally, the room had useful amenities like a fridge and a hairdryer.
There were a couple of negative aspects to our stay. the heating in the room was lacking, and even though it was New Year's, it still felt quite cold.
Tourists from United States often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
